Promotional Task 5 - Resolve an issue.

From time to time conflicts can arise between members and the moderating team. Here we'd like to test your ability to resolve such issues as quickly and as swiftly as possible to maintain the smooth running of your section.

Please take a moment to read through an example argumentative thread.

i want an answer to that......so i can b more careful.......as for the actors and characters....v critisize...not bash...v love the actors/characters as much as they do....may b more....and cmon i can report a 100 or so posts from the forum only, where ppl have not critisize but bash TINA's charactor as well as the actress quiet openly....what about that???our critisizing look soo mild when i compare it to the bashing done in the forum.....i never see any action taken against them.....may i ask y is that???? and i m surprised that v get a warning bcoz v call someone the XYZ......while ppl call us negatives....arrogant....jealous....practically harras a newbie sorting that poor person in a 'gang'.....and no action is taken againt them....is it just bcoz v choose not to complain or worry the mods with petty posts....
may b i have got the wrong definations but i do not think v have done any bashing or conspiracy as yet....is it conspiracy or bashing to support a newbie with our posts and discuss that here???answer this as well.....

This is just to prepare all for the occasional hiccups Mods/TDs may face. We don't want major conflicts arising where Mods have to issue warning upon warning with no effect.

Yep S-F is pretty peaceful! *thank god* !

But really reading the situation you've given for the Mission, it's kinda scary that people actually behave like this Unsure
